Grad Solutions and Maricopa County School Superintendent Steve Watson Join Forces to Empower Student Success and Reduce Dropout Rates

Maricopa County, July 25, 2023 – Grad Solutions and Maricopa County School Superintendent,  Steve Watson are excited to announce a strategic partnership to meet every student’s social, emotional, and academic needs and reduce high school dropout rates in Maricopa County. With a shared mission to provide support and re-engagement opportunities, this collaboration aims to positively impact the lives of students in Maricopa County and throughout Arizona.

The partnership, signed by Maricopa County School Superintendent Steve Watson and Grad Solutions CEO Jim Lee, sets ambitious goals and objectives to assist 500 students during the first year of the partnership in completing their high school education and opening doors to future opportunities. 

By leveraging its expertise and resources, Maricopa County Regional School District (MCRSD) aims to create an environment where students thrive and succeed. Grad Solutions will offer a comprehensive approach, including an individualized learning plan for each student, highly-qualified certified instructors-supported curriculum, tutoring services, personalized mentoring, and college & career counseling. The curriculum aligns with Arizona State Standards, ensuring a robust and valuable educational experience.

The Office of the Maricopa County School Superintendent is led by elected Superintendent Steve Watson. The office is statutorily responsible to provide services supporting school governing board elections, bond and override elections, appointments, school finance, and maintaining homeschool and private school records.
