Caring Guides for the Journey: Our Mentor Program 

Every student at Grad Solutions is paired with a dedicated Mentor who walks with them through every step of their journey. Whether a student is juggling school with a job, family responsibilities, or personal challenges, their Mentor is there to help them stay focused, overcome obstacles, and celebrate wins—big or small. 

When students are open to being mentored, the student-mentor relationship can be a great source of support and drive motivation for students. Mentors aren’t just about academics; it’s about building trust and providing the emotional and strategic support that helps students stick with school and succeed. 

Accommodations for All Learners: Exceptional Student Services (ESS) 

We are committed to helping students of all learning designations and capabilities. Our ESS team provides specialized support for students with IEPs and 504 plans, including academic accommodations, social-emotional support, and modifications to fit each student’s needs.  Every student deserves to succeed—and we’ll help make that happen. 

Opportunities for Community & Support: HUB Resource Locations 

Some students thrive with face-to-face support, and we’ve got that covered too. Our HUB locations across Arizona combine the flexibility of online learning with the benefits of in-person help. Whether a student needs academic assistance, access to resources, or a safe place to work, HUB locations provide a supportive learning environment. 

Support & Resources that Make Learning Easier: Tutoring 

We don’t believe in leaving students to “figure it out.” That’s why Grad Solutions is packed with helpful academic tools designed for real-life learners. From formatted fill-in-the-blank notes that guide students through lessons, to videos that explain commonly asked questions, we make it easier to learn, understand, and retain knowledge.  

Students may also receive 1:1 tutoring from Arizona credentialed teachers. These instruction staff can help bring the content to life for students who struggle with specific areas. Regular tutoring sessions can be scheduled in person or online, making it easy for students to get the help they need.  

Attention to Student Mental Well-Being: Counseling Services 

Students can’t learn effectively if they’re not doing well emotionally. Multiple research studies have shown that students excel when they are not worried about personal challenges they face.   

That’s why Grad Solutions offers free professional counseling to students and their families. Whether in-person at our Gilbert, AZ location or virtually through teletherapy, we make sure help is available when it’s needed most. 

Planning Beyond Graduation: College & Career Services 

Graduation is just the beginning. Grad Solutions ensures students don’t just earn a diploma—they can graduate with a plan. Grad Solutions college and career guidance services are available to help students explore their options, build resumes, apply to schools or jobs, and take confident steps into their future. We’re not just preparing graduates—we’re launching futures.

Regular Updates to Keep Students Connected: Streamlined Communication  

It’s hard to stay engaged when you feel out of the loop. Grad Solutions makes ongoing communication a priority through: 

• Regular check-ins with Mentors who understand the challenges students face 

• A student resource site with the top 3 things students need to know each week 

• Emails to notify students and parents of important events, classes, and more.  

We make efforts to ensure our students never feel alone or confused about what comes next.
