Work Full Time & Finish High School Online

At Grad Solutions, you can keep your job and complete your high school diploma on your terms. For Arizona residents between the ages of 16 and 21, our program is completely free and self-paced, allowing you to study whenever it fits into your busy schedule. Plus, our career counselors are here to support your goals, helping you balance work, education, and future planning. Whether you’re working the night shift or the 9-to-5, we’ve got you covered.

MENTORING

You’ll be paired with a dedicated mentor to help guide you toward graduation, offering support and encouragement along the way.

TUTORING

Free online and in-person tutoring from certified instructors is available when you need a little extra help—at a time that works for you.

CAREER & COLLEGE GUIDANCE

We’ll help you navigate your next steps, whether that’s advancing your career or continuing your education.

ESS SERVICES

If you have an IEP or 504 Plan, our team will provide specialized support to meet your unique needs.
